Therapeutic Meditation Process

What is the Therapeutic Meditation Process?

The Therapeutic Meditation Process* (™) is a methodology that includes coaching, mindfulness and guided meditation to help you connect with and accept all parts of you, listen to your body’s messages, feel and release negative emotions, discover and shift limiting beliefs, plus connect more deeply with your power and Something Bigger…so you can heal and co-create the life you truly desire.

This process supports you to release stress, decrease negative symptoms in the body, heal, and co-create all that you desire in all areas of your life – self-love and care, health, family, parenting, home, partnership, community, money, spirituality, passion and purpose.

It blends research-based elements of Eastern Philosophy (mindfulness, body and breath awareness, non-duality), Western Psychology (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology), and spirituality into a methodical framework with simple tools you can use every day to shift your emotions, thoughts, beliefs, actions and experiences to be more in alignment with what you truly desire and the life you want to be living.
