I am so glad that you are here! I am excited to support you in shedding the stress and feeling the ease that comes from resetting your nervous system.
On this page you will find everything that you need to get the most out of our 5-days together, including your:
Stress Less Workbook where you will find the tools, daily prompts, and overview that you’ll use throughout the reset;
Guided Therapeutic Meditations: research-based, super time-efficient meditations, proven to decrease stress, anxiety, and overwhelm; and
Link to the Mindful Parenthood Community FB group where you’ll receive coaching, support and motivation from me on the daily, as well as an opportunity to connect with other like-minded parents ready to shed their stress.
To Get Started:
1. Download, print and/or save your Stress Less Workbook
2. Download your two guided Therapeutic Meditations and have them ready to use.
3. Join the Mindful Parenthood Community Facebook group HERE.
4. Take the short (1-2 minutes) Pre-Reset Survey HERE. All responses are completely confidential and you will receive a copy of your results by email.
I’ll host a FB Live video on Sunday, 2/21 to help get everyone settled in and ready to get the most out of the Reset. I look forward to seeing you in the facebook group and supporting you to shed your stress!
